1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Qubitty LLC ("Qubitty," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit qubitty.co or contact us (the "Site"). It does not apply to the separate websites and products operated by Qubitty's portfolio companies — such as Quantcampus (quantcampus.io) and Hooto (hooto.app) — which maintain their own privacy policies.
2. Information you provide to us
If you submit the investor inquiry form on our Investors page, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company or fund name (optional), the reason you're reaching out, and your message. This is sent to us via our form-hosting provider and forwarded to our inbox. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information is in that email and your address.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit qubitty.co our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use (for example, a service such as Google Analytics) may automatically collect technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent, and referring website
- Standard web server logs
Some of this information may be collected through cookies or similar technologies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising retargeting.

- Netlify — website hosting and processing of form submissions
- Zoho — our email provider, for messages sent to our @qubitty.co addresses
- Any analytics provider we engage to understand Site traffic
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Qubitty, our users, or others.
6. Data retention
We retain information you send us for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make such a request, email us at privacy@qubitty.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International visitors
Qubitty is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
